All parcels are sent out from Jersey either recorded delivery or Parcel Force, so all have a number to either track (with Parcel Force) or to let us know if an attempted delivery has been made (with Recorded Delivery).
Please check, prior to ordering, that the part you require is the correct part for your year and model, as an increasing amount of customers are ordering incorrect parts for their bikes and are suffering unnecessary restocking charges on incorrectly ordered parts. If you are unsure you are ordering the correct part, please contact us, preferably by e-mail.

All goods MUST be returned in the same condition and packaging as they were despatched or they will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.

In the event we are unable to fulfill a request for a certain item then we will offer a refund or credit for the item concerned. RETURNS
Notification of defective items must be within 5 days of delivery NO EXCEPTIONS!
Buyer is responsible for all shipping and insurance charges if the item needs returning.
Returns must have all original packaging and the item/s returned. Any found to be defective or damaged will be return to buyer at buyers expence.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
We recomend that goods be returned by an insured means.
Cancelation of orders
Should you wish to cancel all or part of your order after we have ordered the item from KTM Europe, you will incur a 20% handling fee, no exceptions as we have to purchase all none stock items from KTM Europe prior to despatch.
Should you wish to cancel your order after we have posted the item/s to you (the buyer), you will have to ensure the safe return of the goods to us in the condition they were sent, via recorded delivery at your cost and also pay a 20% re-stocking fee.
