Q: How can you supply at a VAT free price, saving me 17.5%?
Won't I have to pay on delivery/collection?
A: We do not charge VAT on sales in Jersey. When items are despatched to the UK the purchaser is responsible for paying the VAT unless the item has a retail value of below £17.95 or the item has a zero VAT rating such as helmets or childrens clothing.
Customers outside of the UK will be responsible for any sales tax, VAT
and import duties.
Q: How long will it take for my goods to arrive?
A: All orders that we receive will be with you within 2 weeks if the parts are
in stock. Most items will be insured and "trackable" and not withstanding
restraints caused by post-office limitations, general acts of god, etc. we will
deliver on time.
Q: I live outside of the UK, how much import duty will I be required to pay?
A: You will need to contact your country's authorities and enquire with them.
In many countries we expect that you can still make a significant saving.
Q: What if the part is no longer available?
A: If a part is no longer available or has been superceeded, we will inform you the
moment we find out and advise you of the new part number, or if we can't get the
required part for you your account will be credited and we will inform you via email.
